Group Scheduling
Group testing is possible! All exams still need to be delivered at a Pearson VUE testing center.
In order to schedule a group, the candidates must first apply for the exam. Once all of the candidates have applied and been authorized, list all first and last names as well as each PTCB Account Number (ID) using the forms provided below.
Forms should be completed and emailed to Pearson VUE at PVGroupReservations@Pearson.com. When Pearson VUE receives your request for group scheduling, they will contact you with more information.
Attestation of Completion
Please see attached Attestation of Completion. Once your students have completed the *required exams, you may submit for review by completing the Attestation of Completion form and return to me. Please make sure there is a grade inputted for all required exams. You may check by selecting Gradebook -> Grid and you can view directly on the portal or export as a CSV to sort as you’d like.
My personal favorite when I download is to sort by the following: Sort -> Options -> Sort Left to Right -> Sort By Row 1 then I would cut and paste the Average and Name to the first and second column of the worksheet. This let’s me see the *exam first to make sure they have been completed and that there is a grade recorded for all of your students 😊
